A foundational birth doula support package for parents seeking gentle guidance and confidence through pregnancy and labor.
Includes:
Continuous email and text support starting at time of contract until 3 weeks after delivery
4 hours of prenatal sessions (Birth Preferences & Labor Preparation Basics + Comfort Measures)
Body Ready Method® 1:1 Assessment
Continuous Labor support
On call for labor and delivery support starting at 37 weeks
Post birth support (includes breastfeeding assistance) until 2 hours after birth
4 hours in home postpartum session (birth - 3 weeks after delivery)
Overpouring Love
For families seeking extended birth Doula support and confidence-building throughout the pregnancy journey.
Includes:
Continuous email and text support starting at time of contract until 3 weeks after delivery
6 hours of prenatal sessions (Birth Preferences & Labor Preparation Basics + Comfort Measures + Custom)
